About Aberdeen Sustainable Medicine Society

The NHS has a goal of net zero by 2040 to achieve this it is vital that everyone works together which includes future doctors learning about how they can be sustainable in their practices. This society is set up to educate and raise awareness on sustainability in the healthcare environment. Through teaching events and carrying out the international planetary health report card which helps us to understand how our medical school could be more environmentally friendly.
